We aim to limit the wait time for each order to 3 business days, depending on material availability and stock. If delays occur, you will be notified via email. For confirmation of delivery time in advance, please contact us via email.
It’s not possible to make purchases directly at our studio address. However, we do have many retail locations. Feel free to message us for the nearest retail location to you.
We currently ship to surrounding EU countries of the Netherlands, such as Belgium, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and Luxembourg. If your country is not listed, please send us an email in advance, and we will do our utmost to arrange it.
To return your order, please email us within 14 days of receipt at info@LOVEissue.nl. Visit our returns page for more information. Please note that only unworn items can be returned, and personalized items or special requests are excluded. We will provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund amount.
We aim to process refunds within 7 working days, with a maximum timeframe of 30 days after receiving the returned items in good or undamaged condition.
