Shipping Procedure:

Once we receive your order, we initiate the processing of your purchase. All jewelry is handmade in the Netherlands. Different collections have varying processing times. Upon placing your order, we will send you an email with an estimated delivery time indicating when it will be ready for dispatch.
 
The average processing time is 3 days, except for large orders.
 

All orders within the Netherlands are shipped using PostNL. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as we hand over your order to the carrier. For international orders, we generally use DHL for you.

Customs Duties

Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur customs or import duties. Unfortunately, we cannot cover these costs for you as we have no control over them. Import or customs duties for jewelry shipped to or from LOVEissue are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Time

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with a Track & Trace code to track your package.

– Free shipping for the Netherlands on orders above €30 excluding VAT.
– Free shipping for Belgium and Germany on orders above €60 excluding VAT.
– Free shipping for the rest of Europe on orders above €100 excluding VAT. 
 
Here are the shipping costs and expected delivery times per country:
 
– Nederland: €3,95, Expected Shipping Time: 1–3 business days
– België, Duitsland: €6,95,-, Expected Shipping Time: 2-4 business days
– Frankrijk: €9,95,-, Expected Shipping Time: 3-4 business days
– Denemarken, Oostenrijk: €12,95,-, Expected Shipping Time: 3-4 business days
– Luxemburg, Spanje: €14,95, Expected Shipping Time: 4-6 business days
– Italië: €15,95, Expected Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
 
 
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as customs clearance and local postal services.
 

Returns and Incorrect Address Handling:

Should you find yourself unable to accept delivery or if an incorrect address has been provided resulting in the package being returned to us, please note that any associated return costs will be your responsibility. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
