1.1 General
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every concluded distance agreement between Loveissue and the consumer or business customer, unless Loveissue has explicitly agreed to different terms in writing. Any agreed exceptions do not confer rights for future transactions.
Before the distance agreement is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the distance agreement is concluded that the general terms and conditions are available for inspection at the entrepreneur’s premises and will be sent to the consumer free of charge upon request as soon as possible.
Acceptance of an offer and/or placing an order implies acceptance of the applicability of these conditions by the buyer.
These general terms and conditions describe the most common situations. If a situation arises between Loveissue and the buyer that is not covered by these general terms and conditions, that situation shall be assessed in accordance with the spirit of these general terms and conditions.
1.2 Prices and Offers
All prices on our website include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs. Until the agreement is concluded, Loveissue is authorized to change prices, offers, and other conditions. Buyers cannot derive any rights from prices and offers from the (recent) past.
Loveissue cannot be bound by prices or offers if the buyer could reasonably have understood that the price or offer, or any part thereof, contains an obvious mistake or typographical error.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Currently, we ship to the following countries and apply the following rates:
– Within the Netherlands: € 3.95 (Free shipping for orders over € 30,-)
– To Belgium and Germany: € 5.95 (Free shipping for orders over € 60,-)
– To France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy, and Austria: € 8.95 (Free shipping for orders over € 80,-)
For orders exceeding € 150,-, shipping with signature upon delivery is applied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that someone is available to receive the package. If a package is returned due to inability to deliver or incorrect address information, the costs for reshipping the package are borne by the buyer.
All orders are shipped with track & trace. We use carefully selected courier companies such as PostNL, DHL, DPD, or UPS. Before shipping, we will assess which company is most reliable for delivery to your location, as this may vary by country.
We would like to emphasize that we are not liable for the loss or damage of orders caused by the shipping service.
1.4 Deliveries
Loveissue aims to ship all orders within 1-3 business days, but no later than 3 weeks after receipt of payment. However, orders will typically be shipped within 3 weeks after receipt of payment to the address provided by you.
If items have a longer delivery time or cannot be delivered (temporarily), you will be notified via email within 3 days.
Loveissue is not liable for delays caused by postal and courier services. Loveissue is not liable for any damages resulting from exceeding the announced delivery times.
Loveissue exercises the utmost care in receiving orders and dispatching ordered items. Nevertheless, it may occur that an order is not delivered or is incomplete. You must report this within 7 days of receiving the items. The delivery may then be supplemented or redone at the expense of Loveissue.
1.5 Payment Methods
The agreement for purchase and sale is concluded at the moment you accept the offer and meet the accompanying conditions. As long as the receipt of this acceptance is not confirmed by email, the customer can dissolve the agreement.
The amount due can be paid via iDEAL. Loveissue accepts iDEAL payments from Dutch banks.
You can also transfer the amount due via bank transfer to Loveissue’s bank account number NL90 RABO 0317 8946 92. Upon receipt of the amount, the items will be delivered to you.
1.6 Complaints & Returns 
Loveissue strives to deliver a perfect product to you. Therefore, we advise you to inspect the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, you must notify us of this no later than 72 hours after receipt via email. Loveissue will always try to resolve any issues or complaints in consultation with the buyer in the best possible way.
If Loveissue has not received any written objections within 7 days, we assume that we have fully complied with our obligations.
As a buyer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be refunded the full order amount excluding shipping costs. However, the costs for returning the product from your home to the web store are your own responsibility. These costs amount to approximately € 4.25 per package in the Netherlands. For international returns, please consult your carrier’s website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us via info@LOVEissue.nl. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has been received in good order.
– Custom-made: Custom-made or personalized items/jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards.
– Sealed products: If the seal is broken, your order will be considered final and cannot be returned. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and the seal is not broken, the above rules apply.
1.7 Liability
Any liability of Loveissue, its staff, and products for all damages, of any kind whatsoever, direct or indirect, is excluded. Loveissue is also not liable for any damage caused by third parties in the performance of the agreement.
Loveissue does not accept any liability for any damage resulting from the use of Loveissue’s products.
The liability of Loveissue is always limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the respective item.
Loveissue is not liable for misunderstandings, distortions, delays, or failures in the delivery of orders and communications resulting from the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between you and Loveissue, or between Loveissue and third parties, insofar as they relate to the relationship between you and Loveissue, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Loveissue.
1.8 Force Majeure 
Loveissue is not obliged to fulfill any obligation towards a buyer if it is hindered from doing so as a result of a circumstance that is not attributable to fault, and for which neither by law, a legal act, or generally accepted views in society, is deemed to be at its expense. Force majeure, as referred to in these general terms and conditions, shall be understood to mean, in addition to what is understood by law and jurisprudence, all external causes, foreseen or unforeseen, over which Loveissue cannot exercise any influence, but which prevent Loveissue from fulfilling its obligations. Loveissue also has the right to invoke force majeure if the circumstance that prevents (further) performance of the agreement occurs after Loveissue should have fulfilled its obligation.
If the period in which force majeure occurs lasts longer than two months, both you and Loveissue have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay damages.
1.9 Privacy
Loveissue respects the privacy of all users of its website and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. Your personal data is used for processing orders.
In addition to processing orders, the data will, solely with your consent, be used for marketing purposes and maintaining the customer relationship with you.
The data will never be made available to third parties unless they are involved in the production or execution of your order.

1.10 Applicable Law
The agreement and these general terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
1.11 Copyrights 
All information on the LOVEissue website is protected by copyright. It is illegal to copy, use, or distribute information from the LOVEissue website without prior written permission. Visitors and users of the LOVEissue website cannot claim any rights regarding the information on the website. No text or images from the LOVEissue websites may be copied or used publicly, in whole or in part, for printing, photocopying, faxing, retyping, in an electronic database, or for any other reproduction purposes.
1.12 Complaints 
LOVEissue advises its customers to inspect all items within 7 days for the delivered quantity and quality of the product. If there is any discrepancy, you can inform us via our email info@loveissue.nl.
Please note that the warranty expires if the product exhibits a defect caused by improper use, or if you or others have attempted to use the product in a manner for which it was not intended. In this case, LOVEissue is not obligated to repair or exchange the item free of charge. Refer to – see Article 1.6 for the conditions regarding the return or exchange of an item.
If something does not go entirely as expected, we recommend that you first make your complaints known to us by emailing Info@LOVEissue.nl. As of February 15, 2016, consumers in the EU also have the option to lodge complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. If your complaint is not yet being addressed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the European Union platform.
